Milk + Honey Café, located on the Mezzanine, offers a quick retreat from your museum adventures. The café features Churchill Coffee, a small batch roaster located in Springfield, Missouri. Their coffees are roasted in the Old World-style barrel roasters, modified to allow our roast master exceptional control of the process.
The coffee menu includes artisan coffee flavors, espresso drinks and teas. You can also enjoy grab-and-go sandwiches, salads and hummus with pita chips. Dessert offerings include soft-serve ice cream and yogurt along with a rotating assortment of house-made baked goods like chocolate streusel cakes, cinnamon date buns, honey-glazed apple fritters, maple cranberry scones, and much more.
Enjoy a unique restaurant experience at Manna, Chef Todd Gray’s new, fast-casual concept where he connects you to history through food. Drawing upon the complex flavors and vibrant spices of the Mediterranean, as well as Gray’s passion for all things seasonal, the menu includes falafel, which is made of seasonally changing ingredients like green garlic, sweet peas, or roasted kabocha squash; pistachio and golden lentil hummus; flatbreads with fig and walnut toppings; as well as grain bowls and stews. While the menu focuses heavily on fresh, seasonal vegetables it also includes items such as rotisserie lamb and fish.
