David Green: Giving it All Away

In the sounds of a busy retail store repeated in 700 stores across the U.S.—is the story of its founder, David Green; a story rooted in the Bible in his life motto from Ecclesiastes 9:10:

“Whatever your hands find to do, do it with all your might.”

In his book, "Giving it All Away and Getting it Back Again", he writes:

“I believe God has placed us on this earth to work. . .to devote ourselves to a radical brand of generosity that changes lives. . .”

And a childhood shaped by a “deep, unshakable faith in God," is a legacy that David and Barbara Green are passing along to their children and grandchildren. In an insight from Psalm 78:5 and 6, David says: “. . .that one generation will tell the next and they in turn will tell the next. It was always to be an ongoing story!"
