Qualifications
- A commitment to Museum of the Bible's mission to invite all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible
- Minimum commitment of one (1) year
- 16 years of age or older
- Access to a computer and valid email address
- Basic computer and email skills for training, scheduling, and communication
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests and staff
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for a minimum of four (4) hours with minimal assistance for some positions
- Available during museum hours of operation, which include weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Desire to be cross trained in a variety of museum departments
- Ability to complete mandatory 4.5+ hours of training (The Docent Program requires an additional 96 hours of training)
