First impressions are important. This one will be spectacular! Imagine you enter Museum of the Bible and turn right out of the ticketing area, then left down a grand entry arcade. There you take in a most magnificent sight: a gigantic video canvas, featuring fantastic, ever-changing, biblically inspired images all along the ceiling, and reflected in the surrounding glass walls.

Hammers are swinging! Dust is flying! Interior demolition of the old Washington Design Center building that began back in February is now complete. The new 430,000-square-foot Museum of the Bible is now taking shape. The original 4th floor is gone, making room for the museum’s Impact Floor. In addition to adding two floors to the top of the building, we’re digging two more levels underground. The original east wall was removed to make room for the museum’s exciting new theaters — and all of this in just the last couple of months!
