In Lead Up to its November 17, 2017 Grand Opening, Museum to Fill 68 Positions in Retail, Ticketing and Guest Services
WASHINGTON, July 6, 2017 — With its highly anticipated grand opening now approximately four months away, Museum of the Bible will host a large-scale recruiting event to fill 68 Washington D.C.-based museum positions. The event will be held at Hyatt Place Washington DC/National Mall (400 East Street SW, Washington, DC, 20024) on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET.
Positions to be filled include guest services associates, ticketing agents and retail associates (38 full-time, 30 part-time). All part-time positions offer an hourly rate of $15.00/hour while full-time positions offer competitive benefits including: medical/dental/vision, company paid life insurance as well as the opportunity to participate in the organization’s retirement plan which offers a company match.
Applicants must apply online before attending the event and must be available to participate in employment interviews scheduled for July 11, 2017. Qualified candidates that receive offers of employment will be assigned start dates between Aug. 1, 2017 and Oct. 1, 2017 depending on the position.
