Drawing upon the complex flavors and vibrant spices of the Mediterranean, as well as Gray’s passion for all things seasonal, the menu includes falafel, which is made of seasonally changing ingredients like green garlic, sweet peas, or roasted kabocha squash; traditional homemade hummus and fire-roasted eggplant baba ghanoush; flatbreads with brussels sprouts, artichoke and feta, delicious soups, burgers, and an assortment of sweet treats!
