We want to hear YOUR story about how the Bible has impacted you and your life!
Part of Museum of the Bible’s mission is to engage all people with the Bible’s transformative power by showing its ongoing impact in people’s lives. “Living the Word” invites you to be part of the mission by sharing your story and inspiring people nationwide to share their own stories of engaging with Scripture.
All qualified submissions (see below) will be awarded a year-long membership to the museum, and each month, one storyteller will win an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, DC, to visit Museum of the Bible!

Submitting Your Video
Submitting your video is simple! All you have to do for the video is:
1. Record yourself reciting your favorite Bible verse and give the reference
2. Share what it means to you
3. Make sure the video is less than two minutes
Only qualifying videos will be eligible for prizes. Here are some tips and tricks to make sure your video qualifies for the contest:
1. Make sure to recite your favorite Bible verse clearly
2. Tell us in a few sentences what the verse or passage means to you
3. Make sure you have a clean background and are in a quiet space
4. Hold your camera or phone vertically
5. Fill out your information and submit your video!
Terms and Conditions
Please make sure you have read all the terms and conditions before submitting your video. You must be 18 years or older to enter a video and you must live within the contiguous United States.
What’s Next?
Our museum team will review your video and get back to you within 7 business days. All qualifying submitters will receive one (1) Individual membership to the museum for a year, giving you special access to the museum, first dibs on new events and exhibits, and select discounts in the museum. Each week, one winner will be posted on our museum channels, inspiring others to interact and engage with the transformative power of the Bible. Once a month, one winner will win the grand prize of a trip to Washington, DC, to visit Museum of the Bible. You will receive an email and phone call from Museum of the Bible if you are selected as a winner.
