Summer Camp at Museum of the Bible

Join the daring Dr. Dusty B. Relic on a quest to crack an ancient mystery!

In Explorer’s Club, a weeklong kids camp at Museum of the Bible, students ages 7–12 become junior archaeologists, diving into hands-on challenges. Each day unlocks new clues and skills, sparking curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for discovery in this immersive archaeological adventure!

Camp Daily Schedule

Camp Details

General Information for Parents

Send camper with one snack and a bottle of water for each day
Label the campers’ possessions so that if they are lost, they can be returned to their rightful owner!
If your camper needs any medication throughout the week, it is required that the parent stays at the museum throughout the time of the camp. We will designate a time and location when the child can meet the parent for medication. Staff are not allowed to dispense medication.
For campers with special needs, the parent or guardian will stay with the child during the camp at all times.
If your camper is sick, has a fever, or is throwing up the night before camp, please keep them home.
Tell camp staff if you will be checking your camper in late, or checking out early by emailing education@mBible.org.
Apply sunscreen before campers arrive. We will spend time outside in the museum’s Biblical Garden if the weather allows.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes that can be used for crafts and playing outside. No flip flops!
During activities, participants are not allowed to use their devices. Electronic devices are best left at home or turned off.

What to Expect at Camp

Campers will be divided into age groups: 7–8, 9–10, 11–12
Ratio: One (1) camp staff per five (5) campers
Campers will receive one camp T-shirt
Campers will engage in fun and interactive activities, explore museum galleries, make crafts to take home and share, and learn about the history, stories, and impact of the Bible.
Campers are expected to: Listen to instructors and staff, be respectful and use appropriate language, keep hands to themselves, walk at all times, and use quiet, indoor voices.
