Join us for Creative Arts Homeschool Day and explore all the exciting ways to engage with the Bible and the fine arts. Enjoy activities like simple writing exercises and puppet-making for younger children, and workshops for older participants on developing characters for Bible stories, improving acting skills, identifying key elements of a narrative, and learning improvisation skills with our museum educators and living history interpreters. Parents and teachers will also have the opportunity to attend professional development sessions to learn how to use theater and art as a tool to teach about the Bible.
The add-on price does not include museum admission. To attend Creative Arts Homeschool Day, select it as an add-on to your general admission museum ticket for November 10 at purchase.
