George Mueller

"Most of us own a Bible, but most don’t read it much!
George Muller read the Bible from cover to cover nearly 200 times!

He wrote: . . .not the simple reading of the Bible, so that it only passes through our minds, but considering what we read, pondering over it, applying it.

George Mueller was 20 years old in 1825 when he attended a Bible study that changed his life and the life of thousands of children.

George Mueller saw children roaming the streets of London, much as he had done, and began orphanages to house and help them. Fifty years after he had begun his work—at least 100,000 orphans were cared for in England alone.

It’s said that when each child was old enough to live on their own, George put a Bible in his right hand and a coin in the other!

Engage with the Bible—in all that surrounds its impact and influence!"
