Concert of the Ages is taking place at Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C. Featuring Michael W. Smith’s “Thy Word” taken from the words of Psalm 119:105 and Jester Hairston’s “Amen,” guests experience the words of the Bible through a live musical performance.
It’s an adventure in music challenging everyone to engage with the Bible—in songs like “Battle Hymn of the Republic,” drawing on biblical themes and “He is Jehovah,” expressing God’s faithfulness and provision for his people as written in Isaiah 12:2. And in the classic Gospel song, “Joshua Fought the Battle of Jericho” telling the story of Israel’s journey into the land promised to Abraham!
