Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.

Experience the book that shapes history! On November 17, Museum of the Bible opens in Washington DC, just three blocks from the Capitol. It's a place where everyone can engage with the Bible—its history, narratives, and impact. Through personal exploration, interactive media, and advanced technologies, the Bible comes to life in new ways, from the dramatic entrance to media programs, to an adventure space for children to encounter the young people of the Bible.

Or visit the New Testament Theater and the World of Jesus of Nazareth, the Hebrew Bible experience, or the History of the Bible floor! It’s just a sampling of the ways to experience this book of all books! And from Cary Summers, president of Museum of the Bible—this invitation: “Let’s engage our families, our communities, our nation and our world with the Bible!”
