Guardians of the Galaxy: Chris Pratt’s Bible Verse

Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2,” starring Chris Pratt, and released in May 2017, was a #1 hit at the box office!

A January 2017 Vanity Fair article said of Chris Pratt: “He’s on a short list of actors who can do pretty much whatever they want.” Chris credits his brother, Cully, as the “key figure” in his life.

In a February 2017 interview, Chris told FOX News he’d asked Cully, an army veteran, to make him a wooden tray for his keys, noting it’s “something Cully’s good at doing with his hands.”

Chris suggested the tray include his favorite Bible verse—a “touchstone” he could take with him as he traveled for work. On the tray is a picture of Jesus, etched in it the verse from Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
