An Audio Infographic on the State of the Bible

"Where do you think the Bible stands in the minds of most Americans? In the American Bible Society’s "State of the Bible 2016," here’s what they discovered!

Overwhelmingly, 80 percent of Americans view the Bible as sacred literature—virtually unchanged from last year’s report.

Forty-six percent said the Bible has too little influence on American life, and nineteen percent said it has too much influence!
Thirty percent said it had just the right amount!

A whopping sixty-six percent said the Bible contains everything a person needs to know to live a meaningful life!

It was reported in 2013 that only one in five Americans read the Bible on a regular basis, all the while wishing they read it more! Those aged 18-28 are reading the Bible less than three times a year, if at all!

Engage with the Bible—read it—for yourself!"
